To the doctor of democracy, The titan of truth, A combatant of corruption, An inspiration for our youth You are fighting the good fight, Representing the common man, Never able to be bought out, You're not afraid to take a stand You stand on your own two feet, Not afraid to take a blow You're the type of man, I hope all Wisconsin gets to know Your tireless campaigning Is an inspiration for us all, As we continue to work For your election this fall So here is to you, Ed, The man I admire: Keep up the hard work, And we'll set this state on fire! Next time you grab a beer, Raise your glass for Ed, Because if it weren't for him, We could be toasting WhatchaMcCallum instead!
